How can we help?
Answers to what rulers ask most. If yours is not here, write to us at hisar@sayfa.app.
Tell us your ruler's name, your iPhone model and iOS version, and what happened. A screenshot helps.
Your kingdom
How do I keep my kingdom on a new iPhone?
Save it with your Apple Account: open Kingdom, and under Account tap Sign in with Apple. On the new iPhone, sign in with the same Apple Account on the first screen and your kingdom comes back.
A guest kingdom lives only with the session key on the iPhone it was made on. If that iPhone is lost before you save the kingdom with Apple, we cannot bring it back.
How do I rename my ruler or my village?
Open Kingdom and tap the ruler's or the village's name. Other players see both names, so keep them friendly.
What happens if I stop playing for a while?
Your village keeps producing while you are away, up to what its warehouse and granary hold. A kingdom nobody opens for 14 days is deleted if its population is under 200, and any kingdom after 60 days. Your account and its gold stay, so you can found a new village when you come back.
How do I delete my kingdom?
Open Kingdom, and under Account tap Delete account, then Delete everything. Your villages, troops, gold and reports are deleted and cannot be brought back. Deleting the app does not delete the kingdom. What is deleted, and what stays for a while, is in the Privacy Policy.
The village and the map
Why is my village not where I put my flag?
On purpose: your hisar always rises a few kilometres from the spot you picked, never on it, so no village gives away where its player lives. Your iPhone's location never leaves your iPhone.
Why is my village dark, or snowed in?
The village keeps the real time of day, season and weather of the place it stands. If it stands far from you, its night may be your day. Tap your village's name at the top of the village screen to see its time, sun, season and weather.
Why are my armies slower in winter?
In a cold winter snow lies on the roads, and every army or merchant on the way to such a village takes longer. The send screen shows the travel time with the snow already counted.
My production stopped. Why?
A full warehouse stops wood, clay and iron, and a full granary wastes the harvest. Spend resources or raise the warehouse and the granary.
Why are my troops leaving?
Every villager and soldier eats crop. When your crop runs out and production cannot feed everyone, troops desert. Raise your croplands and the grain mill, or keep fewer troops at home.
Battles and alliances
Can someone attack me right after I start?
No. A new village is protected for at least 72 hours, longer when the world is older. Attacking, raiding or scouting another player's village ends your protection early; fighting the animals of an oasis does not.
I was raided. How do I protect my village?
Build the cranny: raiders cannot take what it hides. Raise the wall, which makes every defender stronger, and keep spearmen and archers at home. The watchtower shows more of an army coming, and allies can send reinforcements.
How do I join or found an alliance?
Build the embassy. At level 1 you can join an alliance, at level 3 you can found one: Kingdom → Find or found an alliance. Members of an alliance cannot attack each other.
Why can't I send resources to another player?
Sending to another kingdom needs your kingdom saved with Sign in with Apple, and the marketplace for merchants. Kingdoms played on the same iPhone cannot trade with, reinforce or attack each other.
Gold and notifications
What is gold for?
Gold finishes waits at once and buys Plus. It never trains troops, and no battle looks at it. You start with 30 gold, and quests, Bilge's daily list and achievements pay more.
What do Plus and Prosperity do?
Prosperity adds 25 % to your production while it lasts; claiming Bilge's daily list gives you a day of it. Plus costs 50 gold for 7 days of Prosperity and lets a second construction wait in the queue.
I bought gold and it has not arrived.
Gold arrives once the App Store has confirmed the purchase. If it has not arrived after a few minutes, close and reopen Hisar. If it is still missing, write to us at hisar@sayfa.app with the date of the purchase and your ruler's name.
Refunds are handled by Apple: open reportaproblem.apple.com or your App Store purchase history.
Which notifications will I get, and can I quiet them?
Hisar tells you about incoming attacks, battle results, and finished construction, training and returning armies. In Kingdom → Notifications, set your quiet hours: notifications then arrive without sound, and you choose whether battle alerts still ring.
Which languages and devices does Hisar support?
Hisar is for iPhone with iOS 27 or later, and runs on iPad with the iPhone layout. It speaks English and Turkish and follows your iPhone's language; to change it for Hisar alone, open Settings → Apps → Hisar → Language.
The app asks me to update.
The world has moved on to rules your version does not know. Update Hisar from the App Store to keep playing.
